However, for most clients the services are the same month after month. So, that document will be the same, only with some small modifications, like document number, month, year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Well, we automatize the invoice sending. Every month, on the 28th, the invoice is sent automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But we were really lazy to send the services description document. Therefore, the client paid us the invoice only when we did. Which means late \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To avoid our monthly effort to spend 10 minutes, we created a small app that does exactly that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You set up the template, put the variables, add sender email, BCC to your email (eventually), preview button, send test email button, history and the document is sent as pdf automatically on the chosen date and hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
