  1. Hunger – this way you’ll be more fit and not binge eating
  2. Boring – this way will help you stay focused longer
  3. Physical Pain from moving – this way you will crave to do physical exercises until pain settles in. Awesome way to get fit.
  4. Embarrassment – if you are not embarrassed, you are not thinking and acting big enough.
